                               RESOLUTION NO. 19029
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND
                   APPROVING THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH DISMAS HOUSE AS A RECIPIENT
                   OF EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT FUNDS FROM THE
                   DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
                   IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($5,000.00) FOR OPERATING COSTS OF
                   ITS SHELTER AT 510 SOUTH WILLOW STREET.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified,
       confirmed and approved the execution by the Mayor of an Agreement 

       with Dismas House as a recipient of Emergency Shelter Grant Funds 

       from the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the 
amount
       of $5,000.00 for operating costs of its shelter at 510 South
       Willow Street.
